1. Licensure and Professional Qualifications

The Tempered Way Therapy LLC is a solo private practice owned and operated by Willamina Beck, LCSW.

Willamina Beck is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensed in the State of Colorado. All clinical services provided through this practice are rendered solely by Willamina Beck under her active Colorado license.

Licensure can be verified through the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA). Credentials are available upon request.

No other clinicians, contractors, interns, or supervisees provide services under The Tempered Way Therapy LLC at this time.

2. Geographic and Telehealth Limitations

Mental health services are provided only to clients who are physically located in the State of Colorado at the time of service.

Due to state licensure laws and interstate practice regulations, services cannot be provided to clients located outside of Colorado, even if the client is an established patient or temporarily traveling.

Clients are responsible for informing the provider of their physical location prior to each telehealth session.

3. Scope of Practice

Services offered may include individual psychotherapy, life skills, and group work provided via telehealth only at this time.
